We are a new Charitable Community Benefit Society in Altrincham at the Town Hall. We started operations in September 2024. As we are growing in size we need specific assistance with HR for new employees to ensure we fulfil all the requirements.
What difference will you make?
We currently have nobody with this experience amongst our volunteer directors or employee team. This help will ensure that we achieve our goal to have a much happier employee team who are respected and treated well by their directors.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is personable and friendly and fits in with our organisation. Should the volunteer be happy they could join us later as a volunteer director.
Knowledge or understanding of Creative organisations is a plus but not a necessity.
What will you be doing?
Volunteers should have at lease 3 years experience of HR.
The roles will include Mentoring on all aspects of HR and Identifying weaknesses and omissions in our systems. Advising on managing the entire employee lifecycle, recruitment, hiring, onboarding, payroll, training, performance management, fostering positive employee relations, ensuring legal compliance, and shaping a healthy company culture, aligning people strategies with our organisation priorities.
