We are seeking a Quality Engineer to support the Quality & Safety Manager in maintaining a best-in-class Quality Management System within an EASA / CAA / FAA Part 145 approved environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct internal and external audits within a Part 145 MRO environment Maintain Quality Department independence in accordance with Part 145.A.65(c) Manage MOR and IOR reporting schemes in line with Part 145.A.60 Administer and control the Quality audit programme Maintain company manuals and regulatory documentation Manage the company authorisation system in compliance with Part 145.A.35 Investigate quality, technical, and maintenance issues and produce formal reports Manage non-conformances and corrective actions Support SMS risk-based quality management activities Liaise with manufacturers and vendors on quality and maintenance standards Skills & Experience Experience in aviation MRO quality or safety compliance Demonstrable auditing experience in a regulated environment Strong understanding of EASA / CAA / FAA Part 145 regulations Knowledge of Q-Pulse Quality Management System (desirable) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills Detail-oriented with a structured approach to compliance This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a safety-first aviation organisation that invests in its people and maintains the highest operational standards.
