Responsibilities
* Design and develop next‑generation mechanical components and assemblies from concept to launch.
* Create detailed CAD models and engineering drawings using Fusion 360.
* Perform engineering calculations for stress, thermal, and tolerance analysis.
* Collaborate with applications, materials, procurement, and production teams.
* Support prototyping, testing, and validation of new designs.
* Generate comprehensive documentation including BOMs, test plans, and design reports.
* Participate in design reviews, FMEAs, and risk assessments.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
* Hands‑on experience in product development, R&D or manufacturing environments.
* Experience designing automated machinery or electromechanical systems (control systems, sensors, actuators, conveyors).
* Problem‑solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, innovation‑driven environment.
* Proficiency in Fusion 360 and CAD software.
* Enthusiasm for engineering innovation and 3D printing technology.
