The Role As a Juice Bar Barista, you’ll be responsible for: Preparing and serving smoothies, juices, coffees, protein shakes, and light refreshments. Creating a warm and welcoming experience for members and guests. Taking orders and handling payments accurately. Recommending drinks, snacks, and products based on customer needs. Keeping the juice bar clean, organised, and well-stocked. Following hygiene and food safety standards at all times. Supporting promotions, upselling opportunities, and member engagement. Helping members refuel, recover, and enjoy the social side of the Novo experience. Working with the wider gym team to create a smooth and enjoyable customer experience. Helping maintain the energy, atmosphere, and service standards of the club. What We’re Looking For Previous café, barista, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred. Friendly, confident, and well-presented. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Ability to work well under pressure. Reliable, punctual, and proactive. Interest in fitness, nutrition, or wellness is a bonus. Willingness to learn and grow with the business. Food hygiene certificate preferred, but training can be provided. A team player who enjoys working with people. Someone who understands the importance of service, presentation, and creating a great customer experience.
