Job: SEN Support Assistant
Start Date: September
Duration: Full Time / Part Time
Pay: £90 - £100 a day
Responsibilities
* Work closely with motivated teachers to adapt and bring the curriculum to life, breaking down barriers and unlocking every learner's potential.
* Lead engaging small groups and individual 1:1 sessions.
* Help create a vibrant learning environment where every learner can thrive, feel valued and achieve beyond expectations.
Qualifications and Experience
* Appropriate qualifications are advantageous, however relevant experience in a similar role is desirable.
* Appreciation of the needs and support of others; transferable experience from care can be relevant.
* Desire to assist in the learning and educational development of children.
* Understanding and commitment to safeguarding and welfare of children is vital.
