The Role
As Regional Operations Manager, you'll oversee a portfolio of approximately 20 sites (predominantly secondary schools), ensuring service standards, compliance, and client expectations are consistently exceeded. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, developing your managers, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement & growth.

* Leading and inspiring a team of managers to deliver exceptional service.
* Managing client and contractual relationships with professionalism and commercial acumen.

* Championing food quality, customer experience, and staff development.

* Proven multi-site management experience in contract catering – Education, facilities or related sector.
* Strong business acumen with a track record of achieving results.
* Exceptional people management skills – a motivator, mentor, and relationship-builder.

* IT literacy and strong presentation/communication skills.
