About the role
We’re looking for a Lead Test Analyst to play a key role in the delivery, testing and governance of pricing changes across our Personal Lines products.
This role sits at the heart of day‑to‑day business‑as‑usual pricing activity, while also offering the opportunity to shape how the team works as it continues to evolve. You’ll lead on the execution of automated pricing changes, investigate issues, improve ways of working and represent the team across the wider Pricing and Technology community.
You’ll work closely with Pricing, IT and Development teams, helping to ensure pricing changes are deployed accurately, efficiently and in line with strong governance and audit standards.
In this role, you’ll oversee the execution of business‑as‑usual pricing changes using automated tools, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance with governance standards. Your responsibilities include assessing and testing pricing changes, analysing outcomes, investigating issues, and communicating findings to Pricing, Development and IT teams. You’ll maintain thorough documentation and audit evidence, support improvements in testing and automation, and contribute to larger change initiatives. Additionally, you’ll represent the team in meetings, lead project work, and mentor a Price Implementation Analyst as the team evolves.
About you
You’ll be a confident, analytical professional who enjoys problem‑solving, improving processes and working with data. You don’t need to be an expert in our specific tools on day one, but you do need strong analytical capability, technical curiosity and the confidence to lead conversations across teams.
You will also have: (essentials)
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose issues and identify root cause
* Experience of working with automated testing or deployment tooling (e.g. Radar, Ready API or similar – transferable experience welcomed)
* Good working knowledge of SQL or querying data for analysis
* Confidence working across Pricing (desirable), IT and Development teams
* Experience leading or coordinating workstreams or projects
* The ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
* A structured, organised approach with a strong focus on governance and audit
* An IT or technical background is welcome, as is experience in financial services (desirable, not essential)
* Experience managing multiple priorities at the same time
* The confidence to represent a team and influence outcomes
* An interest in mentoring and supporting others
