We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. Duties
* Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
* Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct them appropriately
* Deal with customers on site when booking in vehicles for repair
* Maintain organised filing systems for documents and records
* Must have a flexible approach to work
* Handle correspondence, including emails and memos, in a timely manner
* Support financial tasks using Sage for invoicing and expense tracking
* Collaborate with team members to ensure all office needs are met
Experience
* Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles
* Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks
* Demonstrated organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Experience in clerical duties that enhance the efficiency of office operations
* Knowledge of Sage Accounts is advantageous but not mandatory
