Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy Manager.
* Lead, facilitate, and participate in staff meetings, training, supervision, appraisals, and development activities.
* Administer medication, carry out assessments and care plans.
Preferred Skills and Experience
* Experience providing care at a similar level.
* Safe administration of medication.
* Person‑centred care to residents.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Demonstrated desire to work in the care sector.
Requirements
* NVQ Level 2 or higher in Health and Social Care.
