We've grown by getting the details right, and we're still growing. That's why we're looking for a motivated, organised Network Supervisor to join our busy team at our Ballymena headquarters. Why This Role? Every pallet that moves through our groupage network passes through your watch. As Network Supervisor, you'll run the day-to-day of the Groupage Department, making sure freight is consolidated, moved, and delivered accurately, on time, and to the standard our customers expect. You'll lead operational teams, work shoulder-to-shoulder with planners, warehouse staff, drivers, and partner carriers, and keep everything running smoothly when the pressure's on. What You'll Do Supervise daily pallet network operations, making sure freight is processed accurately and efficiently Monitor inbound and outbound pallet movements to keep service commitments on track Manage operational priorities and react quickly to changing customer and transport demands Support the planning and execution of trunking, collection, and delivery schedules Work closely with the transport planning team on efficient vehicle routing and load optimisation Liaise with customers, subcontractors, and partner depots to coordinate freight movements Monitor service performance and get ahead of delays, exceptions, and operational issues Make sure freight movements meet customer requirements and agreed service levels Investigate and resolve service failures, delays, damages, shortages, and complaints Manage customer pricing structures and invoicing, keeping billing accurate and handling pricing and invoice queries with clear communication Essential Skills and Experience Previous supervisory experience in transport, logistics, freight forwarding, or groupage operations Strong understanding of groupage freight processes and transport operations Excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident with transport management systems (TMS) and Microsoft Office What's In It For You Competitive salary based on experience Full-time, permanent role Real training and career development opportunities Staff Benefits App Salary Sacrifice Pension The chance to join a successful, growing company with an excellent industry reputation Ready to Join Us?
