Unlike traditional high-street or full-service firms, employment law is all we do.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking a talented Employment Solicitor (1+ PQE) to join their expanding team.
The Opportunity
This is not a volume, factory-style role.
You will manage a high-quality caseload covering both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, with real responsibility from day one. You will work directly with clients and play a meaningful role in shaping strategy, not just drafting documents.
The role offers genuine career progression within a specialist practice that is ambitious, commercially aware and people-focused.
Your Work Will Include
* Advising on unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal and wrongful dismissal
* Discrimination and whistleblowing claims
* Redundancy and restructuring advice
* Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements
* Tribunal litigation from initial advice to final hearing
* Drafting contracts of employment, policies and senior executive documentation
* Strategic HR and risk management advice for employer clients.
You will have autonomy, support, and the opportunity to build your own reputation within a growing specialist brand.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 1+ years’ PQE in employment law
* Strong technical grounding and Tribunal experience
* Confident communicator with excellent client care skills
* Commercially aware and solutions-focused
* Ambitious and keen to develop within a specialist team
* Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
