What You'll Do: Operate state-of-the-art processing and packing equipment with advanced manufacturing recipe management systems. Inspect and maintain safety standards (LOTO) and quality parameters (HACCP/GMP). Execute safe start-up and shutdown procedures for equipment. Prepare essential production documents, including manufacturing records, quality logs, and productivity reports. Perform Autonomous Maintenance tasks, including cleaning, inspection, and adhering to prescribed standards. Maintain equipment performance by understanding its structure and functions, while identifying and resolving abnormalities. Collaborate with a team or work independently to solve problems using Continuous Improvement tools like RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and the 5 Whys method.
