General Operative People Solutions are currently recruiting for a General Operative to join our well-established client based in Irlam. Your hourly rate will be £12.21 per up until 31 March 2026, after which the hourly rate will increase to £12.71 per hour. Shifts: • Monday – Friday: 8am – 4.30pm • When busy, you will be required to start at 6am Pay: £12.21 per hour up until 31 March 2026 £12.71 per from 1 April 2026 Benefits: Onsite Car Park Weekly Pay Weekends off Break Room Guaranteed hours Accessible by public Transport Day-to-Day Duties As a General Operative, your duties will include (but are not limited to): Follow all Health and Safety guidelines Picking orders as required Ensure all products meet specifications Packing and dispatching of products Ensuring all quality standards are met General housekeeping and cleaning Always Ensuring the safe handling and storage of product Produce a high volume of workload Assembly work as and when required.
