The position will see you assist a Senior Conveyancer (and the wider team) on all aspects of their diverse residential caseload from instruction to completion. What You'll Do: Manage client and third-party communication (phone, email, face-to-face) Chase important documents like IDs, mortgage offers and searches Keep case management systems updated in real time Prepare completion packs, statements and invoices Handle post-exchange matters and manage completions What You'll Need: 2 years' experience as a Conveyancing Assistant (or Secretary) Strong admin skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and a good phone manner Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems A team player with a can-do attitude!
