As they continue to expand, they are now looking for an experienced and driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team.
Role Overview
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take ownership of the entire recruitment process, from business development through to successful candidate placement. This hybrid role offers a balance of office-based collaboration, remote working, and client site visits, giving you the flexibility and autonomy to thrive.
Key Responsibilities

Full 360 Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment process — business development, client engagement, candidate sourcing, interviews, and placements.

Candidate Sourcing: Identify, attract, and place top white collar professionals across the construction and mission critical sectors.
*
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, understanding their business needs and culture.
*
Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding your client network.
*
Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team to ensure a seamless experience for clients and candidates.

Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM and database records, ensuring all recruitment activity is logged and tracked effectively.
