Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured KS3–KS4 Science lessons. Teach either a specific discipline (Physics, Chemistry, or Biology) or general Science depending on school requirements. Adapt high-quality resources to meet the needs of all learners. Create exciting, practical, and investigative learning opportunities. Build an inclusive classroom environment that promotes progress, curiosity, and positive behaviour. Work collaboratively with school staff and Milk Education to support a well-planned and sequenced curriculum. Requirements: MUST have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential for this role. Strong subject knowledge in at least one Science discipline (Physics, Chemistry, or Biology). Experience teaching Science in a secondary school setting (ECTs welcome). Strong behaviour management and communication skills. Passion for helping students develop confidence and enthusiasm in Science. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
