A leading organisation within the energy and technology space is seeking a Commercial Lawyer to join its high-performing in-house legal team.

The Role:
This position offers a unique blend of commercial contracts and sector-specific advisory work, including:
* Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements (including SaaS, software licensing, confidentiality agreements, and supply terms)
* Advising on intellectual property and emerging technology matters, including AI and cybersecurity regulation
* Supporting major projects across the energy sector, including renewables, infrastructure, and sustainability initiatives
* Working closely with cross‑functional teams on regulatory and commercial issues
You will gain exposure to high-profile transactions and play a key role in shaping commercially significant projects within a future-focused industry.
About You:
* 5+ years’ PQE with experience in commercial contracts, ideally with exposure to IT/IP or regulated sectors
* Strong drafting and negotiation skills
* Commercially minded with a proactive and collaborative approach
* Interest in technology and/or the energy sector
* Ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly to non-legal stakeholders
