Vacancy: Administration Assistant Start date: December 2025 Hours per Week – 37 hrs Weeks per Year – 40 weeks (Term-Time plus one week) Grade/Range, Spinal Point – Grade 4, SCP 5-6 FTE Annual Salary - £22,650 to £23,530 About Us We are a Multi Academy Trust comprising of six secondary schools and one primary school with over 750 employees and over 5,500 students, based in Dudley, West Midlands. We are seeking a highly organised, efficient, and dedicated individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our school and ensuring a welcoming and professional front-office service. The Administrative Assistant is a vital member of our school community, providing day-to-day administrative support to staff, students, and parents, and helping to ensure that the school operates efficiently and effectively. Key responsibilities include: • Providing a professional and friendly first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff • Managing phone calls, emails, and general enquiries • Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems • Supporting with pupil data entry, attendance, and communication home • Assisting with the preparation of letters, reports, and school correspondence • Helping to coordinate school events and activities • Providing general administrative support to the senior leadership and teaching teams The successful candidate will: • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Be highly organised with strong attention to detail • Be confident using Microsoft Office and data management systems • Show initiative, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities • Have previous experience in an administrative or school-based role (desirable but not essential) We offer a friendly, supportive environment and the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of our students.
