Salary: £30,750 - £35,750 per annum

Access Creative College is on the lookout for a Programme Leader to join our London Curriculum Team. This is a vital role at the heart of our learner experience — leading student cohorts and driving outcomes while delivering high‑quality education in a creative and forward‑thinking environment.

What You’ll Do
* Support the Assistant Head with quality functions; such as walkthroughs and IV.
* Plan and deliver effective, well‑structured course progress sessions.
* Support individual students through impactful 1:1 progress reviews, helping them build strong knowledge, skills and behaviours.
* Deliver inspiring lessons with a proportional teaching caseload; which is on average 14 hours per week.
* Carry out fair and timely assessment in line with awarding body requirements.
* Maintain accurate course documentation and learner records in line with quality assurance procedures.
* As directed by your Assistant Head lead on the delivery of a meaningful enrichment and cross‑curricular activities.
* Work with and draw on the strengths of their curriculum pathway team to deliver strong outcomes for the provision, including enrichment and cross‑curricular activities.
* Work closely with the ALS team to support students with SEND or those at risk.
* Ensure effective and consistent parental engagement.
* The timely management of student reporting and parent meetings.
* Contribute to ongoing curriculum development and internal quality processes.
