Our client, a leading biotechnology organisation is of a Quality/QHSE Officer for their new site, responsible for their ISO 9001 and ISO 4001 QMS. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a continuously expanding business at the forefront of biotechnological innovation,

The role:
As a QA specialist you will play a key role in ensuring compliance to ISO 9001 and ISO 4001 standards whilst maintaining and providing continuous improvement to quality management..
Specifics of the role include:
Generation, review and update SOPs
Compile risk assessments
Manage and update Quality documentation systems including archiving/ document control
Support audits
Assist management during regulatory inspection
Address customer queries and product investigations
Managing customer complaints efficiently ensuring effective outcomes
Stay current with industry trends to drive improvement in product and service quality
Contribute to Quality improvement initiatives
Maintain an auditable training record
