Business Development Manager Location: London/South East Salary: Competitive Performance bonus We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Business Development Manager to take ownership of new business development in target markets. This is a pivotal role where you will be the driving force behind expanding our client base, winning new maintenance contracts and projects, winning tenders, and establishing Trinity as a trusted partner across the FM sector and to the end user client. What you will be doing: Developing and executing a growth strategy for winning work within the FM Market and outside across Government, NHS, Logistics, Commercial Property, universities, Councils, Retails amongst others Establishing trusted relationships with Estates directors, Contract managers, FM managers, Procurement teams and influencers Using Internal companies within PTSG and leveraging their current relationships to obtain Fire works Bid and proposal management, ensuring that client requirements are translated into commercially sound offers. Representing the business at industry events, networking opportunities and bid presentations. Collaborating with operational teams to ensure a seamless handover from sale to delivery. Providing regular pipeline updates, market intelligence and growth plans to the Sales Director.
