Key responsibilities:
Dealing with landlords and tenants face to face, by phone and email.
Managing enquiries and maintaining accurate records.
Recording maintenance, reporting issues to landlords and organising contractors.
General administration including organising property visits and charging invoices.
Conducting occasional property viewings and inspections.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong IT skills, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above (or equivalent).
A full manual driving licence is essential (no penalty points).
Previous property or lettings experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
