Salary: DOE

Location: Manchester/ Bolton /Liverpool / Southport/ Leeds /Cambridge /Hybrid

Role- Project Manager

Location- We are predominantly based in the North West of England, with offices in Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Bolton & Southport, as well as a team in Cambridge. Main Responsibilities:

12. Drive Change: Lead and manage projects that drive forward organizational, cultural, operational, technology and digital changes
13. Remove Blockers: Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder project progress
14. Add Substance: Enhance the quality and impact of deliverables by providing strategic insights and actionable solutions
15. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
16. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes
17. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and their input is valued throughout the project lifecycle
18. Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
19. Performance Tracking: Monitor project performance and progress, providing regular updates and reports
20. Change Engagement: Ensure high levels of change engagement and adoption across the organisation

Essential Skills and Experience:

21. Significant experience in a project manager or delivery manager role – must have broad business change experience and not just technical change
22. Recognised qualification, or a desire to be formally qualified in, project management (for example, PRINCEII, AgilePM, PMP etc.)
23. Demonstrable experience of delivering complex projects using a variety of methodologies.
24. Understanding of change management techniques
25. Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
26. Ability to work independently across a varied range of projects, stakeholders, and topics
27. Ability to establish, and drive the adoption of, relevant PM skills and processes within the business
28. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
29. Ability to assimilate complex information and research to drive strategic business planning

32. Stakeholder management & engagement
33. Ability to motivate people
34. Management and leadership skills
35. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
36. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other project management and delivery tools (Jira/Confluence etc.)
