Health Care Support Worker
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Health Care Support Worker who would relish the opportunity to work within the Upper Annandale Community Nursing Team, delivering quality nursing care to housebound patients 24 hrs per day.
Work will be within an ever‑changing environment alongside colleagues in the multidisciplinary Home Team, including Allied Health Professionals, Social Work & Public Health Improvement.
Responsibilities
Delivering quality nursing care to housebound patients 24 hrs per day, working cooperatively with multidisciplinary team members in a dynamic community setting.
Qualifications
* Experience working within a community setting is preferred but not essential.
* A current driving licence is essential due to the geographical area this team covers; disability that precludes holding a licence may be considered if alternative transport can be arranged.
* Part‑time position; 25 hours per week.
