Responsibilities
Our shops are central to our business and community presence. As a retail colleague, you will ensure our shops provide a welcoming environment for customers to place bets, watch sports, and play gaming machines. Your role includes processing bets, promoting responsible gambling, assisting customers, maintaining shop standards, and, after training, deputising for the Shop Manager. Ensuring customers bet within their means and following our 'Think 21' policy is essential.
Skills & Experience
You must be 18 or over. No prior experience is necessary as we offer structured training and ongoing development opportunities. If you are a great communicator, passionate about customer service, and enjoy building relationships, we want to hear from you.
