What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a management role within a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment (2 years). A passion for exceptional service and a track record of delivering outstanding guest experiences. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. A natural problem solver, with the ability to think on your feet and keep operations running smoothly. Financial and operational acumen, including managing stock, budgets, and financial performance. A proactive attitude, with a focus on creating a positive working environment and high team morale. What You’ll Do: Support the General Manager in running daily operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Lead, train, and develop the front-of-house team to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction. Take charge of guest relations, resolving issues and ensuring a memorable dining experience for every guest. Oversee financial performance, including managing costs, stock control, and achieving sales targets. Help manage the guest experience, ensuring Wingmans’ high standards are consistently met.
