We are hiring one IT Support Officer role and are open to applications from both: An apprentice looking to start a career in IT, or Candidates seeking an entry-level IT support opportunity This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment, with training and development tailored to your level. Who Were Looking For An enthusiastic individual with a genuine interest in IT, strong communication skills, and a desire to learn.Prior experience is not essential; attitude and willingness to develop are key. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-line IT support Log and resolve support tickets Support Microsoft 365 users Set up and maintain IT equipment Escalate issues where required Configure cloud services Mandatory Requirements: Right to work in the UK Eligibility for BPSS clearance GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade 5 or above) Plus one of the following: A-Levels (for apprentice applicants), or A degree in IT or a related field (for entry level applicants) Desirable: IT-related qualifications or coursework Basic knowledge of Windows and networking Soft Skills: Willingness to learn Professional communication Team player Contract Details Contract Type: Apprenticeship or full-time permanent role (for entry level) Location: 3 days per week in the Ceox office and 2 days per week remote Start Date: ASAP Annual Salary: £20,000 Holiday: 25 days per year Benefits: Pension, Health Insurance Who Can Apply?
