Job Description
3. Provide strategic property advice, including management, regeneration, and asset use.
4. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
5. Conduct property reviews and deliver timely, quality reports.
6. Assist with general surveyor duties, adhering to professional standards.
7. Prepare reports, attend committees, and ensure high-quality client support.
8. Manage projects, maximise income, and meet productivity targets.
9. Comply with ISO standards and take on additional tasks as needed.
The Successful Applicant
10. Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
11. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an Estates-related field.
12. 5-10 years of significant post-qualification experience.
13. Preferable experience within a Local Authority.
14. Possession of a full UK driving licence.
