Residential Support Worker (Children)
Salary: 13.50 + 50 per sleep-in, Full-Time, 1 on / 2 off, 3-week rolling rota

What You’ll Do
* Provide high-quality care and support within a residential setting
* Build positive relationships to promote emotional wellbeing and development
* Support daily routines, life skills, education, and recreational activities
* Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals
* Maintain accurate records and comply with regulations and quality standards
