Senior HR Advisor/ Up to £220 per day (PAYE) / London / Hybrid / 6 month contract position
Overview:
A leading non for profit organisation are currently seeking a Senior HR Advisor to work closely with the HR team to work closely with managers on ER queries and work with the HR team.

Role & Responsibilities:
* Work with managers on ER queries and give guidance
* Working on the HR helpdesk responding to employee queries
* Manage visa applications
* Onboarding and offboarding including redundancy administration
* Working closely with other members of the HR team
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience working in a Senior HR Advisor position
* Experience with redundancy processes
* Vast experience with advising on ER cases
* Experience writing contracts
* Experience working on HR systems
* Great attention to detail
* An excellent communicator
* Hard-working and ambitious
* A team player who thrives when working with others towards shared goals
