We have an exciting role on offer within our Public Health service as a Team Manager (Clinical Team). Working as part of Middlesbrough Council, our service helps those experiencing problems related to substance use. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Manager to provide clinical leadership and operational support within our Recovery Solutions service. In this role, you will: Lead and support a team of substance misuse nurses, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred care. Deliver specialist clinical interventions, including assessments, detox planning, and medication management. Oversee community alcohol detoxes, ensuring safe clinical practice and effective multi-agency coordination. Develop and strengthen pathways with other health services to support seamless, holistic care for service users. Drive service improvements, staff development, and compliance with national guidelines. Work collaboratively with partner agencies to achieve positive recovery outcomes. What we’re looking for: A registered nurse or paramedic with a current PIN and HCPC registration. Experience in substance misuse pathways and clinical interventions. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Commitment to safeguarding and continuous improvement. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is also required, and business insurance will need to be in place prior to beginning with us. Why join us?
