You will work alongside the Development Engineer and other operatives to problem solve, test and development of our products.

Key Responsibilities
* Assemble custom lighting fixtures in collaboration with the product design and production teams
* Support the lighting production team by wiring and building control panels
* Problem solve technical challenges involving drivers, lamps, dimming protocols (DALI and DMX), and low-voltage circuits
* Assist the design and sales teams in building mock ups using in-house facilities
* Use tools to modify fixtures and customise lighting accessories
* Plan on-site work, ensuring accurate, detail-focused installation and excellence on every project
Essential skills & Experience
* Minimum of 2 years' experience programming LEDs
* Casambi, Teensy, DMX and Dali control knowledge (advantageous)
* LED product and industry knowledge an advantage
* Good level of electrical knowledge
* Electrical or soldering experience
* Good understanding of Microsoft products (particularly excel)
* Read basic production drawings
