Assistant Centre Manager Needed in Southport
Working Hours: Monday to Friday with weekend availability
Salary: £29,000 - £34,000 basic + bonus schemeOur client, a rapidly expanding national automotive service provider, is seeking a hands-on, dynamic, and commercially driven Assistant Centre Manager to support the daily operations of their Southport branch. Key Responsibilities for an Assistant Centre Manager:
Assist the Centre Manager with day-to-day depot operations
Support technicians in the workshop when required
Achieve and exceed sales and KPI targets
Mentor and coach the team to ensure high standards of performance
Maintain optimal stock levels and operational efficiency
Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold company standards
Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety and operational proceduresRequirements for an Assistant Centre Manager:
Technical or mechanical background with the ability to assist in the workshop
Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commercial awareness and ability to drive performance
Proven experience in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
Full UK driving licence
