We are seeking a Global Mobility Advisor to join our Global Mobility CoE within the Reward team. This role supports our Global Mobility Lead and provides assignment services to TP ICAP employees, coordinating relocations, ensuring compliance, and preparing assignees for their moves. Key activities include:
Gaining experience in project and process reviews as new policies are implemented.
Expanding knowledge in immigration, tax, social security, and EU PWD.
Applying a solution-focused approach and engaging in all aspects of mobility administration.
Developing skills related to international mobility requirements.
Demonstrating strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Role Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end mobility administration and coordination.
Serve as the primary contact for inquiries from HR and employees, coordinating with stakeholders.
Prepare cost estimates, relocation letters, manage pre-departure briefings, and initiate vendor relationships.
Partner with external providers for immigration, tax, and relocation services, reviewing invoices.
Escalate issues to the GM Lead as needed.
Assist with annual tax return processes.
Generate management reports and maintain mobility documentation and systems.
Participate in ad-hoc projects related to mobility.
Experience / Competencies:
In-house corporate mobility experience.
Understanding of tax and payroll implications for cross-border moves.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment.
Strong client service and communication skills.
Professional, discreet, and detail-oriented.
Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.
Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
Proactive, collaborative, and able to build rapport.
Capable of working independently and managing time effectively.
Flexible and resilient in changing situations.
