You’ll be the face of Reed to prospective clients - positioning us as trusted experts in resourcing solutions and ensuring our specialist divisions have access to high‑value opportunities. You’ll build credible, consultative relationships with HR Directors, Procurement leaders, Talent Acquisition managers, and senior stakeholders. Through thoughtful engagement, you’ll influence their thinking, uncover new opportunities, and secure their confidence in Reed’s ability to deliver. What You’ll Be Doing Building deep market knowledge across RSR to deliver compelling, insight‑led client solutions in your territory. Leading formal tender processes from start to finish. Creating tailored, persuasive proposals that win business. Identifying and securing high-quality PSL opportunities. Conducting contract negotiations and securing PSL status. Expanding opportunities across multiple categories to benefit our specialist divisions. Partnering with internal support teams to research markets, clients and opportunities. Proactively targeting destination prospects, competitor accounts and leads from our operational network. Delivering new business wins across the breadth of RSR specialisms. Working with internal stakeholders to develop cutting-edge solutions and unlock the full range of Group products and services. Maintaining accurate reporting and pipeline management to support forecasting and business planning. Strong evidence of networking and building relationships with senior decision‑makers. Experience in business development - ideally within recruitment or a related sector.
