The highest compliance standards are critical and being able to provide context to clients in relation to their advice journey is essential. Our valued support frees up the Financial Planner’s time to focus attention on client-facing duties.We are a key team within the Sandringham / M&G Advice business, who help support 150+ advising partners within the growing network.Reporting to the Head of Advisory Operations, this role is responsible for leading the Paraplanning unit to deliver individual and team objectives across productivity and quality. This requires a commercial mindset to lead unit goals as well as taking responsibility for processes and procedures with a control environment. As paraplanning manager, you will develop paraplanners within the team, supporting their objectives in performance and career progression.In addition to leadership responsibilities, as an experienced Paraplanner, you will be able to analyse client’s needs and objectives, developing often complex financial planning strategies as agreed with the Financial Adviser.
