ISO 9001 & 27001 Internal Auditor - CP-CMP-2025-001 Coaley Peak Ltd | Hybrid (Cheltenham / Remote) | £38,000 - £52,000 | Permanent, Full-time About the Role Coaley Peak is seeking a diligent and experienced ISO 9001 & 27001 Internal Auditor to support the maintenance and continual improvement of our quality management and information security management systems. You will plan and conduct internal audits, identify non-conformances, and work with teams across the business to drive compliance and best practice. This is a key compliance role for someone who takes pride in rigorous standards and understands how ISO frameworks underpin operational excellence and client trust in an AI consultancy environment. Key Responsibilities - Plan, schedule, and conduct internal audits against ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 27001 (Information Security) standards - Document audit findings, non-conformances, and observations clearly and accurately - Support the development and maintenance of management system documentation - Track corrective actions and verify their effective implementation - Assist in the preparation for external certification and surveillance audits - Promote a culture of quality and information security across the organisation - Identify opportunities for continual improvement in processes and controls - Liaise with the Head of Compliance and senior leadership on audit outcomes and risks What We're Looking For - Proven experience conducting internal audits against ISO 9001 and/or ISO 27001 - Formal ISO auditor qualification (Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certificate) preferred - Strong understanding of quality management and information security principles - Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills - Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate audit findings clearly - Self-motivated with the ability to manage audit schedules independently - Experience in a technology, consultancy, or professional services environment is advantageous What We Offer - Salary: £38,000 - £52,000 dependent on experience - Hybrid working: Cheltenham base with remote flexibility - Opportunity to shape compliance culture in a growing AI consultancy - Supportive, professional team environment - Ongoing professional development and support for further certifications To apply, send your CV and a brief cover note to careers@coaleypeak.co.uk quoting reference CP-CMP-2025-001.
