About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated
IS Support Analyst
to join our team. This role focuses on providing
1st line support for corporate applications
that underpin our operational activities, including vehicle registration, distribution, invoicing, and other core business functions.
The IS Support Analyst will serve as a key point of contact for users, working closely with business analysts and development teams to resolve incidents, support ongoing operations, and ensure the smooth functioning of information systems—both internal and those deployed across our dealer network.
Key Responsibilities
* Track, triage, and resolve incoming incidents related to corporate and dealer applications.
* Participate in daily stand-up meetings with development teams to prioritize and progress incident resolution.
* Provide first-class technical support to users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
* Carry out regular system maintenance, updates, and monitoring activities.
* Support application testing and deployment processes.
* Collaborate and communicate effectively with corporate, operational, and dealership teams.
* Assist users in setting up and configuring new equipment and software, offering training and guidance when required.
* Create, update, and maintain documentation, including troubleshooting guides, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
Requirements
* Proven experience as an IS Support Analyst, Service Desk Analyst, or similar IT support role.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to diagnostics.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while sharing knowledge and best practices.
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
* Familiarity with supporting enterprise applications (experience with vehicle or distribution systems is an advantage).
