Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Sales Specialist, based mainly in the field with an occasional requirement to work from the office. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs and providing technical sales solutions, supporting clients with product information and technical inquiries, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving business development. Additional tasks involve handling customer inquiries efficiently and contributing to sustained client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
* Strong expertise in Technical Sales and sales fundamentals, including identifying client needs and delivering tailored product solutions.
* Proficient in communication, including the ability to effectively interact with diverse customers and explain complex technical concepts clearly.
* Experience in technical support, with the ability to address client queries, troubleshoot, and provide solutions promptly.
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction, building long‑term relationships, and ensuring positive outcomes.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, technology, business, or a related field is preferred.
* Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently in a hybrid office/remote environment.
* Knowledge of surge protection products and electrical systems is an advantage.
