Assist with staff recruitment processes and service referrals. Lead shifts in the absence of the Service Manager, providing guidance and support to the team. Mentor and supervise junior Support Workers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Actively participate in service improvement initiatives, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the team. Contribute to a safe and supportive environment for clients, promoting their well-being and independence. Requirements We're looking for you, if: You possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in a support worker role, ideally within homelessness, mental health, or addictions services. You hold an SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent qualification. You demonstrate a passion for supporting individuals facing challenges, such as homelessness, mental health issues, or substance misuse. You possess strong communication, interpersonal, and team working skills. You are able to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment. You are available to start immediately.
