Job Description
· Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and management accounts monthly· Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance· Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements· Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit control team members· Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and financial institutions· Implement and improve financial controls, policies, and procedures· Lead, supervise, and develop finance team members
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Team Leader should have:
3. Experience in producing month end management accounts
4. Experience in leading a small finance team
5. Experience working in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
