This role ensures demand, brewing, packaging, and distribution plans are fully aligned with commercial and financial objectives, enabling proactive decision-making, optimized capacity utilization, and sustainable growth and reports to the Director of Supply Chain/Procurement. This individual must communicate data-driven insights to diverse audiences, from cross-functional teams to executive leadership and can translate data analysis into actionable recommendations.What's In It For YouWe’re committed to our employees and work hard to prove it. What You Will Do
1. Governance, Technology & Continuous ImprovementEstablish a formal S&OP / IBP governance model with defined roles, calendars, and accountability.Leverage existing systems (spreadsheets, BI tools) to standardize and automate reporting where possible.Define long-term technology roadmap to enable ERP, advanced modeling and scenario analysis.Build capability across planning, brewing, packaging, and supply teams through training and process standardization.Develop and monitor forecast errors at all levels, ensure root-cause analyses are completed and corrective actions are taken.Own the data quality across all data pools and systems for supply, sales forecast, demand forecast and production plan at the product and customer planning levels.Present plans, insights and actions to key cross-functional stakeholders.Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to establish the consensus plan that supports the Company’s strategic direction.Perform ad hoc analyses as necessary.
2. S&OP / IBP Process LeadershipDesign and embed a Sales & Operations Planning process into the organization.Lead the monthly S&OP / IBP cycle, integrating demand, brewing, packaging, and supply planning into one connected plan.Drive cross-functional consensus among Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to deliver a single, aligned forecast and production plan.Facilitate executive S&OP / IBP reviews focused on demand/supply balance, brewery capacity, and financial alignment.
3. Financial & Strategic IntegrationPartner with Finance to reconcile operational and financial plans (volume, revenue, margin).Ensure planning decisions align with budget assumptions and growth strategies.Develop metrics for forecast accuracy, OTIF, inventory health, and IBP maturity.

4. Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Chemical or Industrial Engineering, Business, or any combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved required
5. 7 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Planning, or Operations required and
6. Proven experience leading S&OP or IBP processes in a multi-site manufacturing network required and
7. Brewing, beverage, or CPG experience preferred
8. Expertise in software for demand planning (DP), master production scheduling (MPS), and material requirements planning (MRP) preferred
9. Strong knowledge of statistical forecasting principles and tools.
10. Strong understanding of brewing, filtration, and packaging operations, including capacity and yield drivers preferred.
11. Demonstrated ability to connect operational, financial, and commercial perspectives into a unified plan.
12. Strategic Decision-Making: Can leverage analysis, creativity, and sound judgement to drive effective outcomes.
13. Superior Communication: Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
14. Proven success working with all levels of leadership up to the executive level.
15. Continuous Learning: Can demonstrate a high aptitude and curiosity for learning, with the ability to anticipate and stay abreast of market trends and changes in the industry.
