Responsibilities
* Lead the day‑to‑day technical delivery of electrical design services on multi‑disciplinary building projects.
* Oversee the production of high‑quality design deliverables, including specifications, drawings and schedules.
* Support the commercial success of projects through timely invoicing, WIP management and workload/resource planning.
* Mentor junior team members, including graduates and apprentices, and play a key role in their career development.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer in the UK, ideally with a track‑record of delivering both electrical and M&E solutions across varied building sectors.
* Familiarity with BIM processes and tools including Revit.
* A collaborative mindset and experience working closely with architects and multidisciplinary teams.
* A relevant qualification (HNC, HND, Bachelors or Masters) in Mechanical Engineering or building services.
* Chartered status or working towards it.
