The role involves managing a fleet of company vehicles and dealing with day-to-day issues as they arise. The environment is fast-paced and reactive. Key Responsibilities * Manage a fleet of approximately 60 vehicles including breakdowns and logistics. * Handle worker queries including pay and placement issues. * Act as the first point of contact for operational challenges. * Support candidate management and fulfilment. * Respond to out-of-hours and weekend issues when required.
