Position: Sales Support
Armatile is a highly successful Sales Support team seeking a proactive and customer‑centric individual to manage client relationships and order processes.
Responsibilities
* Process customer sales orders through Sales Order Processing system.
* Respond to customer communications and queries in a timely and professional manner.
* Build long‑term relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
* Resolve customer queries.
* Liaise with other departments (sales, warehouse, administration, production) to ensure orders and processes are on schedule.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication, numeracy, and literacy skills (verbal and written).
* Strong problem‑solving and organisational skills.
* Experience working in a busy office environment.
* Computer literate – Microsoft Office.
* Excellent time management.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Professional but friendly attitude.
* Commercially aware.
* Interest in tiles, tile design, or design in general – a plus but not essential.
