The ideal candidate will be based in the UK and be responsible for creating and implementing project and tender strategies. You will do so by analysing project proposals and historical cost data. Ultimately, your work will help us develop new business opportunities and secure UK projects.
Responsibilities
* Attend bid meetings and develop and execute tender strategy
* Prepare thorough and timely cost analysis
* Analyse project proposals to prepare budget and cost estimate
* Gather, update, and review historical cost data
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management or related field of study
* 4-5 years experience estimating projects or relevant facades, drylining or reclad industry exposure
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
