Pay Range £25,000 starting salary with £2,000 graduate uplift Job Description Your new role… The key responsibility for this role is the supporting of the end-to-end recruitment of the Reed Early Talent schemes, with the potential to assist with the running of the schemes as required. All main duties are performed to support of the Early Careers Manager, to whom the Co-ordinator reports directly. The recruitment of new Early Talent co-members involves; candidate attraction, co-ordinating the assessment process and engaging with managers to place the new co-members. Additionally, you will facilitate on-going development of Early Talent co members through assisting and enabling graduate rotations. A key part of the role is engaging with senior stakeholders in the business to promote the benefits of the schemes and encourage managers to take on Early Talent at all levels, as well as implementing new projects and ideas to improve and develop the scheme, supporting the strategic objectives of Reed. What you’ll be doing Branding and Attraction Lead attraction including posting adverts on digital recruitment services and university platforms Manage the Early Careers TikTok account with regular content shared Attending early careers fairs in target locations Recruitment& Selection Establish and manage an ongoing pipeline of high-quality candidates Manage the candidate experience throughout the campaigns, including conducting telephone interviews, scheduling of roleplays, Director interviews and hiring manager interviews Early Talent Engagement & HR Process new starter documentation Assist with the Early Talent inductions as directed by the Early Careers Manager Offer ongoing pastoral care and career advice, particularly around rotations Handle HR queries by liaising with all parties, including HR, in the absence of the Early Careers Manager Who we’re looking for We are looking for someone a graduate with a 2:1 or higher, who is self-motivated and can demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
