Job title Customer Service Advisor (CSA) Location Connect Hub, Sheffield UK Opportunity Full Time (Hybrid) Salary £22,930.00 The Customer Service Advisor will work within the Connect Hub Team to provide our customers with a caring and proactive support service. We are passionate about first call resolution and customer experience. You will have the opportunity to complete a 6-week training plan in our modern office in Sheffield City Centre, after this point we’ll help you strike a healthy work/life balance; this opportunity will offer you a 35-hour working week, working between 8.15-5.30 Monday – Friday, with the option to condense your hours and make this a 4-day week. You will have flexibility to work from home on a hybrid basis once training is completed. About the role You will be … Working with a friendly and supportive team of 18 customer service advisors in our hub. Predominantly telephony-based, providing customer service with an emphasis on consistency of quality. Providing our customers with a caring and proactive support service. We are passionate about first call resolution and customer experience. Providing up to date information about our products and services. Retaining customers through promoting the benefits of our products. Supporting customers with online claims queries and helping them to register for our online services. Replying to customer queries via email. About you: Experience working in a target based, customer focused environment. An ability to build rapport quickly and a desire to go above and beyond for our customers, with a genuine interest in helping people. An ability to work to a high standard of customer service in line with our quality and performance metrics. Strong, clear, and effective communication skills so you exceed customer expectations. Flexible and adaptable, open to change and new ways of working, with a positive can-do approach. A proactive approach to your own development. A team player that develops great working relationships. Sound experience of performing a computer-based task or role in a work environment. PC literate and capable of operating new systems with confidence and accuracy, competent in using Microsoft Office Suite.
