Vickerstock are working in partnership with a specialist fitout contractor on the appointment of a Senior Quantity Surveyor
Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor (Fit Out)
Duration: Permanent
Location: Newry & travel to sites in Ireland
Your new role as Senior Quantity Surveyor:
* Take off from drawings
* Creation of BoQs
* Complete measurements, valuations and work agreements
* Monitor costs from sub-contractors
* Regularly report on project costs & cash flow
* Complete final agreements
What you'll need to be successful:
* 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
* Strong fit-out experience
* MRICS Status is beneficial
* Ability to travel to sites (full driver's licence)
* Strong negotiation skills
* Full right to work in Ireland
