What This Role Entails
* Set up and operate production equipment for manufacturing bioreactor parts under the guidance of project managers.
* Collaborate across teams and assist in various company activities to accelerate R&D and engineering workplans.
* Act as a key source of knowledge and support for specific production equipment.
* Work closely with material scientists and technicians to maintain a professional, clean, and safe working environment.
Objectives
* Support bioreactor production work by manufacturing bespoke bioreactor components
* Maintain or modify equipment to improve quality, efficiency and productivity.
* Support the running and maintain the labs to a high standard.
Selection Criteria
* Experience
* At least one year working in manufacturing environment.
* Delivering for an organisation
* Experience of responsibility for managing the day-to-day running of several items of equipment.
* Team working
* Demonstrable ability to work with a diverse range of people, working towards a common goal in a multi-disciplinary environment.
* Expertise
* Essential: setting up and operating manufacturing equipment.
